MNS Goondaism - Another SIde of the coin...

There is a whole hoolla ballu about some realy minor incidents against Biharis by MNS activists in Mumbai, basically based on hype created by electronic media. We must be commited to publishing the truth. I am certainly not writing this to cover for MNS, which is a offshoot of Shiv Sena, both of which parties, I Believe, have nothing to do with Ideology.
But there is a strong undetrcurrent in the rest of the nation, in every state, in the local societies, a strong growing hidden unrest against Bihari migrants, as they are typically ignorant of local culture, show no respect for local culture as well as locals, & are in frontline in social crime scenario.

e.g 1) In Pune, Maharashtra's Cultural & Educational capital, where I studied my engineering, the usually calm but socially active locals are growing angry against the North Indian youths, typically Biharis, studying in various colleges in Pune, as they are indulging in unruly behaviour, many times in more serious crimes like riotting & looting.

e.g. 2) In Goa, which is also a calm state untill now, which was having very low crime rate untill recently, has been in the frontpage news lately, for serious crimes like looting, rape of foreigner tourists etc. In maximum cases of such types, either the main accused are north Indian migrants, or they are the main organisers of the group of criminals involved in those crimes. The locals, who love calm & silent life are feeling more and more unease absorbing these north Indians in the state.

e.g. 3) My own experiance in Mumbai is bad too. The "Bhaiyya"s , as they are known in the Mumbai, do not respect local laws, local culture & show their "Dada giri" in everywhere they go. Take for example, Mumbai's Taxiwallas. 80 % of those are from Bihar & U.P. They do not know Mumbai's roads, they talk agressively, do not have manners and they do not respect the passengers. They have virtually taken over all the occupations like subjiwalla to the Fish vendors from locals on muscle strength ! The Bihari & U.P. men saling fish do not even know the sea food & fish verieties. Fruit vendors do not know the difference in Haapus & Payari mangoes..! They only can tell about Langda & Dashera mangoes..! and still they do business on the streets of Mumbai, most of them are unlicensed, on their muscule strength..!

The locals are also unhappy with the behaviour of the "Bhaiyya"s working at various positions in Govt. Departments or public sector undertakings like BEST. The Arrogance & ignorance towards local culture shown by them is same in the case of a "Bhaiyya" BEST bus conductor & the S P of Sangli dist. Shri. Krishna Prakash. ( http://www.hindujagruti.org/news/3815.html ). (in Sangli, the local vetaran and an old RSS pracharak Sambhajirao Bhide, age 80, was brutally beaten up by Sangli S.P. Shri. Krishna Prakash, while legitimately protesting against "Jodha-Akbar". Shri.Krishna Prakash had even given a long speach in dront of TV cameras, deffying all norms, like a politician, using poilitical terminology, & terming Sambhajirao Bhide as a cheap publicity monger. This led to the public unrest in Sangli.)

e.g. 4) Where I live in Kalbadevi area, which is oldest garment & textile market area, whis is very congested & crowdy, the "Bhaiyya"s living on foothpaths, who work in the Market as Haath Gaadiwallahs ( a big haath gaadi carries around 400 Kgs of goods), even lift our parked four wheeled vehicles (with hands, offcouse. It takes around 8 to 10 Bhaiyyas to lift a car.) and shift those to make place for their own Haath Gaadis or to make way for their mentors cars. When asked about it they ignore everything we say, as if they are the kings of these streets. & offcourse at night, they damage our vehicles more.

This type of behaviour is in rise in Mumabi streets, from last 5 to 6 years now, with the increase in influx of Bihari labourers.

e.g. 5) In Mumbai & Pune, Indian Railways carries out various exams to employ the people from Maharashtra quota or cadre, the advertisements of which are never published in local papers (not vernacular press, nor English press), but are still beeing published in Bihar based papers ! Last time when some political outfits attacked the Railway exam centres in Mumbai & Pune, it was found out that 100 % of the employment seekers appearing for those exams were from Bihar, who responded to the Advertisements placed by Railways in Bihar based newspapers..! And in this provacative situation, Lalu Prasad while taking part in a Railways function at Borivli station in Mumbai, added fuel to fire, advising Maharashtrians to study better than Biharis & learn to read, to get jobs in railways...!

The people who are teaching Maharashtra's public to honour the Indian Constitution, which gives the freedom to every Indian to travel anywhere in India, to settle anywhere in India & to do a legitimate business to earn the bread, should not forget that THIS is the very state that has given birth to Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Ambedkar, who has written the very same constitution..! Maharashtra is a Tollerant state & Maharashtrian public is a leader in Desh Bhakti. But there is a limit to the tollarance.

If U.P. & Biharis want to exsersice their freedom to go anywhere in India, they must migrate to Kashmir vally, where there is urgent need to Hindu population influx. But we all know that they will not do that, and instead will choose a soft state like Maharashtra. It must be noted that the BJP vetaran, & very popular leader Ram Naik lost his Lok sabha seat in last general elections to film star Govinda (Cong. - I ) because of the en-mass voting of those Bihari migrants in favour of Govinda. Govinda (Cong. - I ), himself has shown enough arrogance towards the Mumbaikar public, in past 4 years of his representation of Uttar Mumabi Lok Sabha seat. He even ignored the Railway Bomb Blast victims, most of which were from his constituency. Many local organisations had even announced Rs.One Crore prize to find him..! Whenever asked about this public outcry, he points a fingure at Ram Naik ji, and starts to cry himself that he has busy schedule of shooting & he has family problems (like Accidents etc.) etc.. Where as Rambhau never complained even when he had a throat cancer, He calmly worked for his constituency, and even if he is not a MP now, people turn to him for the redraisel of their grivences. Maharashtra's public is furious that Maharashtra has lost an efficient & people friendly MP like Rambhau Naik due to those Bihari Migrant voters, who do not even try to understand Maharashtra's local cuture, & are controlled by Bihari politicians like Lalu Prasad. Rambhau Naik lost first time in his entire political career, even if he was known as one of the most eficient ministers in the Vajpayee cabinet.

This Hindu Society is prevelant through the local cultures of each pradesh, prant, vibhag & community etc. Everyone should respect others. Some electronic media men are typically behaved like some examples I have stated above, in case of Raj Thakarey bashing episode. There was no need to create public unrest, by showing those minor incidents over & over again on various channels. also, there was no need to publicise those MNS activities at all. By doing so, they have all played in the hands of Raj Thakrey, who earned a huge free publicity across the country, which was his party's exact aim. Also, there was a clear devide in the Press itself beetween Marathi & Non Marathi media men in this episode. As I already stated above, there is a strong undercurrent of unrest in commen Maharashtrian people against the "Dada Giri" & Uncleanliness of "Bhaiyya"s, basically Biharis. Raj Thakrey only identified these undercurrents & tried to encash them for his politics. We should not get carried away by the one-sided propoganda of U.P & Bihar dominated Hindi & English press. 'There is always a fire somewhere if there is smoke' is an old saying. The "Bhaiyya" community should learn to be like Sugar in the glass of milk & not salt. They should respect locals & local cutures to earn the respect from locals, wherever they go.
